Clean USB drive data

UsbToolbox can help you to erase data in the USB drive securely. If the USB drive becomes unusable or the capacity is reported incorrectly, you can use UsbToolbox to recovery the drive to regular status.

1. Run UsbToolbox, and click the button "Clean USB drive".
   
   

2. UsbToolbox shows the page for Cleaning USB drive.
   
   Select the correct USB drive from the drive list. If the USB drive is not listed, please check the option "List USB hard drives". All data in the destination drive will be erased, please make sure that you select the correct USB drive.
   
   Select the preferred cleaning range. You can select to erase only the first 64 MB data in the drive or the whole drive data. It will take longer time if you want to erase the whole drive.
   
   Check the option "Create partition and format the drive" if needed.
   
   
   
   

3. Click "Start" button to start Cleaning USB drive data.
   
   UsbToolbox will show the detailed progress message during the process. You can abort the operation by hitting Exit button at anytime.
   
   

4. You should get the message "Cleaning USB drive completed successfully." on complete if no error occurs.
